CONCIERGE CALL OUT SURCHARGES APPLY
Weekdays after hrs $50 p/p
Weekends $50 p/p
Public Holidays $75 p/p
*NAD+ infusion will have a higher concierge call out due to the length of the infusion.
*A standard infusion time is one hour. If you are needing your infusion to be run slower a concierge fee will be charged relevant to time required and the day booked.
Travel surcharges may apply when nurses have over an hr commute from their last appointment. This will incur a $40 fee per 60 mins spent driving by the nurse to fulfil the appointment.
All online bookings will see payment taken in full. Full payment is taken via phone at the time of the booking to ensure the booking is confirmed. If full payment hasn’t been taken, Infusion IV reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time. The payment will always be taken from the card on file.
We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise which require you to either cancel or reschedule your bookings, however not being able to facilitate bookings to other clients as that time was originally booked means we have a non refundable policy. We do not refund on change of mind. We are happy to reschedule an appointment or it can be gifted to a loved one or friend
All bookings will see payment taken in full. A per person payment is required to secure booking. If a member of the group booking doesn’t show 100% p/p will be charged. Please let us know in advance if there are additional people who will be included in the appointment, so extra time can be allocated to the booking.
SAME DAY BOOKINGS
As some of our products require complex compounding and at times pathology. Same day bookings are applicable to simple complex compounding only, pending stock availability, please call us on 1300 116 887 for more information.
Cancellation fees of 100% will apply if appointments are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time. Card details supplied to confirm the booking will be charged if payment in full hasn’t been taken.
Infusion IV reserves the right to refund payments when they deem it compassionate circumstances, although this may fall under the above guidelines.
If the appointment is not attended by the individual a no-show fee of 100% will apply. Card details supplied to confirm the booking will be charged. Our goal is to provide a product with outstanding uptime and reliability. Planned downtime, intellectual property claims, and matters outside of our reasonable control are some of the circumstances that may lead to the Service being unavailable. Although we strive to operate without interruption, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be made available.
CLIENT CUSTOM ORDERED STOCK
PRE PURCHASED PACKS
All pre purchased packs need to be used once a month at a minimum. They can be used more frequently than that but not less. If one is not used in that month without prior arrangements made, Infusion IV reserve the right to forfeit that months infusion. Pre Purchase packs are non refundable and we do not refund on change of mind.
Infusion IV reserves the right to refund payments when they deem it compassionate circumstances, although this may fall under the above guidelines. When partially refunding a discounted pack, full price on the infusions administered will apply.
If a pre purchased pack appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice that infusion will be forfeit. If a pre purchased pack appointment is cancelled with more than 24hrs noticed and rebooked within 7 days from original booking no infusion loss will incur.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
In the event that card details are not supplied to confirm a booking or cannot be accessed to charge a late cancellation fee/no show fee. Management reserves the right to refuse any further bookings or services to the individual. Infusion IV reserves the right to terminate the appointment at any time, especially with inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour to any Infusion IV staff member.
A client is to fill out and sign a consent form before commencement of services for each individual’s first appointment. This is supplied on your booking conformation email. If you haven’t received that our nurse will provide this upon arrival to your appointment.
Please make the team aware before your appointment if you have any medical conditions or allergies, as this could affect the appointment going ahead. This is to make sure that this service is safe for you. Please disclose this also in the waiver and to your nurse. If we arrive to your appointment and any contraindications have not been disclosed beforehand, then then a 100% cancelation fee will be charge if we can’t tailor a new treatment to you.
We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or change the time of an appointment when the appointment is booked online outside of business hours 9-5. We require a consent form to be filled in at time of booking online and not at the appointment when with the nurse so we have time to review the consent submitted. If there is anything noted on the consent which needs more investigation by our Senior RN and scripting Dr, rescheduling will happen.
All clients under 18 years of age will require a referral or a consult booked with us prior to treatment.
In the event that the medical professional is unable to perform the booked services due to circumstances outside of the patient’s control or for reasons other than the patient’s medical condition or health, you will receive a full refund or credit.
In the event that the medical professional is unable to perform the booked services due to (1) your current or previous medical history, condition, or reason, or (2) due to circumstances outside of the medical professional’s control after the insertion of the I.V. needle, you will be charged 100% of the infusion price.
AUTHORISATION TO CHARGE
By using the Booking Services, you hereby agree InfusionIV has the right and authorise InfusionIV to automatically charge your credit card (or other payment methods) for the applicable fees or charges, plus any applicable taxes.
- Wifi drop out
- Too many attempts
- Insufficient funds
An attempt to charge payment of balance owing will occur over the course of the next 3 days, if it continues to fail several times it may be taken at any other later date if services have already been rendered to payee. An effort to contact you for payment by other means may also be pursued if there remains a balance owing after 7 days.
POTENTIAL RISKS AND POTENTIAL SIDE EFFECTS
- Discomfort, bruising, pain at the site of injection
- Inflammation of the vein used for injection, phlebitis, metabolic disturbances, and injury.
- Bleeding, bruising, scarring at the site of injection.
- Light-headedness or fainting.
- Volume overload.
- Severe reaction, rash, bronchial constriction, wheezy breathing, anaphylaxis
- IRON – Some people suffer skin staining that will dissipate over time.
ALL OF THEM ARE MONITORED AND THE INFUSION WILL BE STOPPED IF THE NURSE FEELS THERE ARE ANY RISKS.
ALL NURSES ARE TRAINED IN HOW TO MANAGE THESE POTENTIAL RISKS AND SIDE EFFECTS AND HAVE STRICK GUIDELINES TO FOLLOW IN THE EVENT THAT THEY DO OCCUR.
*IRON carries other potential risks that will be discussed during that infusion and information leaflets are provided to all who purchase scripted Iron. This can be found in the Ferinject box. Ferinject is the only Iron we will administer.
